Off tomorrow for 4 nights to Westport, with my Husband and my best friend who has just finished her
radio treatment after having maesctomy and huge amount of chemo. So this break is for her.
Between us we won't be climbing moutains, but will get the fresh air of the sea etc. and enjoy the
music and a drink in the local venues.

Lets hope my steriod inject holds and the double dose of anti just started on. Feeling much
better the past week. Other than the fatigue - god it drains me - but Ireland here I come.

Stay well all and I doo hope that NRAS can sort out the forum - there appears to be loads
of bad feeling out there and I for one do not like this. All those responsible should come clean
and lets get it sorted.
